Rottnest Island Saturday 1 March 2025

Rottnest Island is WA's premier tourist destination. Your ferry leaves from "B" Shed in Fremantle, and the 30 minute journey transports you to an idylic island with crystal clear water and white sandy beaches. You are welcome to explore or spend time with our experienced guides. You will be supplied with modern bicycles and you are welcome to explore the many bays and beaches, do some shopping or visit the cafes. Rottnest is home to the famous Quokka, a very cute, friendly marsupial not found anywhere else - a Quokka selfie is a must!

8.45am Meet at Fremantle train station

9.30am Ferry departs B-Shed Victoria Quay, Fremantle

10.00am Arrive at Rottnest for a guided orientation

Collect maps and bicycles from jetty

11.00am-3.15pm Time to explore

11.00am - 2.30pm Have lunch at your leisure at "Pinky's" restaurant by the sea (vouchers provided)

3.15pm Meet at ferry on Thompson Jetty

4.00pm Ferry departs Rottnest

4.30pm Arrive B Shed Fremantle
